Fermentation System
The traditional design of the fermenter's cylinder and cone is double-jacket, the seal head is single-jacket, based on the original design
Fermentation is the process by which yeast converts the glucose in the wort to ethyl alcohol and carbon dioxide gas, giving both its alcohol content and its carbonation. To begin the fermentation process, the cooled wort is transferred into a fermenation vessel to which the yeast has already been added.
1. Standard stainless steel conical cylindrical fermentation tanks
2. 1-4 times size as brewhouse is common used in restaurant,brewpub,bar,hotel or brewery
3. Tanks quantity is exactly calculated by fermentation cycle for various beers and expected beer output per day /week/ month

Glycol cooling System
Glycol water supply for wort cooling and fermentation cooling.Its structure usually include Glycol water tun+1 or 2 chillers(the cold liquor tun is optional).
Usually for the large beer system,we suggest with chiller+glycol water tank+cold water tank for the glycol cooling system.The smaller beer system with
chiller +glycol water tank.1.Insulated glycol water tank with or without copper coil for glycol liquid holding and mixing
2. Efficiency chillers or refrigerators with fryonto supply cooling energy
3. Sanitary centrifugal pump for glycol water recycle among tanks and heat exchanger
4. All pipes, fitting, insulation materials are included

1. Electricity controlling cabinet with temperature, on-off controlling for brewhouse
2. Electricity controlling cabinet with temperature, on-off controlling for fermentation unit
